You don’t want to miss this Real Talk, featuring a candid discussion on the impacts of the COVID-19 on our mental health.  During this Real Talk, a panel of experts on clinical psychology and psychotherapy will provide insight into the effects the pandemic is having on our relationships and on our families.  Listeners will also learn ways we can  strengthen our emotional well-being as we deal with issues of isolation, fear of infection, and loss.
