Facility Rental

 

Effective immediately and until at least May 15, 2020, we will be modifying some rental protocols in the interest of safety and in accordance with CDC, MN Department of Health, and similar public health official guidelines:

 

  •  All meetings, events, and rentals are cancelled.
  • After May 15th, meetings and events planned for 50 or fewer people will be limited to the following three (3) spaces: Community Room (lower level), Laura Scott Williams Room (1st floor), and the New Van White Room (2nd floor).
  • The guest capacity (number of guests) for each of these rooms will be recalibrated as listed below and lowered to accommodate public health recommendations of a minimum of six (6) feet of separation between guests:

 

              – GSC Community Room: 48 people

              – Laura Scott Williams Room: 32 people

              – New Van White Room: 6-8 people

              – Richard Estes Room: 3 people

 

Staff, tenants, and guests are advised and strongly encouraged to socially distance themselves from others at least six (6) feet at any gatherings of two people or more.
