For the first “Real Talk” of 2021, our panel talked about the important issues that lay ahead for black people in the Twin Cities and around the country. Discussion leaders included Dorothy Bridges – Dir. of Community Development & Outreach, Minneapolis Federal Reserve; Dr. Macare Traynham – Equity Specialist, Minnesota Department of Education; Rena Moran – Minnesota DFL State Representative for District 65A; and Dr. Rachel Hardeman – Tenured Associate Professor, University of Minnesota School of Public Health. The panel was moderated by Urban League Twin Cities President and CEO, Steven Belton.
