The Community Care Collective: Hope, Healing, Advocacy, Community.

The purpose of this event is to provide hope, education, and support to families who are caring for a child who is not their biological child—whether through child protection involvement, kinship care, family crisis, trauma, grief, or while supporting parents who are temporarily unable to care for their children. We recognize the courage it takes to step into this role, and we are committed to walking alongside families on that journey.

Through this event, we hope to equip parents, guardians, and relative caregivers with valuable information about their rights, parental/family advocacy, connect them to resources that promote emotional healing and stability, and strengthen the family relationships that help children thrive in safe, loving, and supportive homes.

All are welcome; seating is limited.  Doors open at 9am
