Our Wealth Development Department offers a range of comprehensive services and programs designed to support individuals and families on their journey to financial wellness and homeownership. Through our various initiatives, including the African American Community Land Trust, Financial Wellness programs, Prepurchase and Post-Purchase Counseling, and “Homestretch” Homebuyer Education, we aim to empower our community with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to achieve lasting prosperity.

African American Community Land Trust
Our African American Community Land Trust initiative focuses on creating opportunities for affordable and sustainable homeownership within the African American community. By preserving land and housing, we strive to counteract gentrification and ensure that long-standing residents have access to housing that remains affordable for generations to come
Financial Wellness

Prepurchase Counseling

Our team of experienced housing counselors offers personalized Prepurchase Counseling to guide you through every step, from understanding mortgage options to budgeting for homeownership costs. Post-Purchase Counseling
